The most attractive employers among professionals in the business sector have now been announced. LUMENE is among the TOP10 most attractive employers in Finland. Universum’s research is the largest and most comprehensive unbiased talent survey conducted in Finland.

This year nearly 9,400 professionals participated in the survey in Finland, sharing their views on attractive employers and the characteristics of an ideal workplace. LUMENE managed to move up two places from last year, to become the 9th most ideal employer in 2022 for professionals in business. In a similar survey conducted for students in spring, LUMENE was ranked the 7th.

“Being recognised among the most attractive employers for professionals and students alike make us extremely happy. LUMENE employs more than 300 diverse talents in the field of business and beyond,” reminds HR director Kirsi Utti.

LUMENE is determined to continue investing in the corporate culture and employee experience. The focus is especially on inclusion and diversity, which will be more visible in employer communication in the future.
