Lumene Group has appointed Satu Järvinen as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Team. Järvinen will take up her position on October 5, 2026, and will report to Group CEO Adrian Innergård.

Järvinen (M.Sc. Econ.) joins Lumene Group from the role of CFO at Hartwall. Prior to her current role, she held various international finance positions at Unilever, Mars, and Nokia. Järvinen’s new workplace will be Lumene Group’s headquarters in Espoo, which is also home to the company’s product development, laboratory, and production facilities.

Järvinen succeeds Marika Nieminen, who has worked at the company for ten years, the last five as the Group’s CFO and a member of the Executive Team. Nieminen has decided to leave her position in October, following a transition period, to pursue new opportunities outside the company.
