LUMENE wants to promote social discussion about equality and equity. The company supports the Helsinki Pride community’s year-round work for the rights, inclusion and well-being of people belonging to sexual and gender minorities.

LUMENE is a Helsinki Pride 2024 official Support Partner again this year. Finland’s largest human rights and cultural event Helsinki Pride is celebrated in the capital region throughout June. The event culminates in Pride week starting on June 24th. This year’s theme is Peace & hope.

LUMENE wants to promote equity and human rights in the society. As an official Support Partner, the beauty company is involved in promoting the Pride community’s ongoing goals to eliminate inequality in the society’s structures, culture, and language as well as values and norms. The partnership is part of LUMENE’s wider social responsibility work, where diversity, equity and inclusion play an increasingly prominent role.

LUMENE, a Pride partner for the fourth year, has in recent years invested especially in internal training and raising awareness regarding DE&I topics. For a consumer the Pride partnership is visible especially on social media channels and in the factory store in Kauklahti, Espoo.
