Our local Finnish production and in-house product development are at the heart of Lumene Group. By keeping manufacturing in-house, we maintain full control over quality, sustainability, and speed, enabling agile decision-making and rapid response to market needs. These strengths set us apart from competitors and support our commitment to a sustainable beauty supply chain.
85 % of our products are made in our own facility in Espoo, Finland, producing 17 million beauty products annually. Local production, combined with Nordic ingredients, drives our product development decisions alongside consumer insights and global market trends.
To strengthen our operations, we have invested €10 million in a production modernization program that includes upgrading production technology, streamlining manufacturing and planning processes, and enhancing supply chain transparency through digitalization. These initiatives enable efficient, end-to-end supply chain planning and operations, creating a strong competitive advantage for Lumene Group.

At Lumene Group, we believe strong partnerships are the foundation of a sustainable beauty business. That’s why we work in close collaboration with our material and service providers, building long-term supplier relationships based on trust and shared values.
All our partners commit to the Lumene Group Partner Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical practices and sustainability throughout the supply chain. While most of our suppliers are located in Europe, certain raw materials, especially chemical ingredients, are sourced globally to meet the highest quality standards.
Our network includes approximately 100 first-tier suppliers and 150 second-tier raw material manufacturers. Packaging components are primarily sourced from European suppliers, with a focus on mid-sized, family-owned businesses that share our commitment to quality and responsibility.
