At Lumene Group, we innovate high-performance beauty that people can trust. Our vision is to be a leading Nordic Beauty Group the world grows with. We combine Nordic ingredients, our own research and local production, and we work to reduce our environmental impact through our three sustainability pillars: circular beauty, climate action and social responsibility.

Lumene Group employs more than 300 people internationally. We are proud to be rooted in Finland, with our headquarters in Kauklahti, Espoo. This is the heart of our innovation, where our R&D, laboratory and factory operate under one roof. Having development, testing and manufacturing in the same place helps us maintain high quality and work efficiently across teams.Alongside our headquarters, we have offices in Stockholm, the UK and Germany, supporting close teamwork across our key markets.
